I am trying to learn how to cook more healthy. What are some good cook books, that have recipes I'll actually use. Not extreme crazy healthy, but I want to cut down the fat and introduce more vegetables into my meals. What is a good healthy recipe book?
Cooking Light has OUTSTANDING recipes that are all low in calorie. They give you the calorie count, fat content, and all of the nutritional information below the recipe that you'll need to know when you make it. They don't taste like diet recipes, but they're outstanding.
You can get them at any bookstore in the cooking section. They have one that's for fast meals, which I recommend if you're not interested in spending a lot of time in the kitchen! What is a good healthy recipe book?
The book by Jessica Seinfeild called Deceptively Delicious. She wrote it mainly for children, but I have the pickiest fiance in the world who just will not eat vegetables. So I bought it and he actually likes them and gets the vegetables and can't taste them. It's a really nice book, you should look into getting it!
