my mum makes a mean corned beef in the crock pot
i think she just puts it in with oniions and garlic and herbs and stuff and lets it cook for twelve hours, so good
not specifically for crockpots, but: www.epicurious.com

There are so many great websites with crockpot recipes

Veggie soup in a crock pot is good you just put ur veggies in with chicken broth and tomatoe soup and let it cook slowly.
Pillsbury, Betty Crocker and also Taste of Home puts out small booklets each month that are sold at the check out line in grocery stores. They each put out a booklet a couple times a year that is dedicated to slow cooker recipes. You could do a search online at eBay and get some of them. I buy them and find them helpful. Taste of Home has great recipes that are fairly simple to make.
All three have websites to get free recipes off of too.
I think Kraftfoods.com and the Allrecipes.com has the best recipes and the plus side is they are free. I print out recipes from those sites all the time. Kraftfoods has a way to store your recipes in an online recipe box too. I think Allrecipe does the same thing. It makes it easier to find a recipe you already tried and liked. If you're like me I wind up misplacing the one I used the first time. LOL
just use a microwave.... it is much faster
Skip the book and go to http://allrecipes.com Just search slow cooker. There will be hundreds and they are free and Tried and True!
If you really want a book here is a link to two:
