it is a dessert recipe. its called puppy chow. you need:
9 cups of chex mix cereal [plain]
2 cups of peanut butter
half a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
one bag/box of powdered sugar
2 plastic baggies
aluminum foil
and 1 tablespoon of butter or margerine.
to make it you get a pan and melt the peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter together until it is smoothe. while that is melting you need to get out a big bowl and pour all of the chex mix cereal into it. put about a cup of the powdered sugar into one of the plastic baggies and set aside. when the chocolate is melted on the stove [with the penut butter and butter melted into it] mix that into the cereal [in the bowl] until all of the cereal is coated. pour out the bowl of chocolate covered cereal onto the aluminum foil. next take about an eighth of the cereal and put it into the baggie with the powdered sugar. close the baggie and shake until the cereal is evenly coated with the powdered sugar. take another piece of aluminum foil out and put the just coated cereal onto it [taking off any excess sugar] then put the cereal into the clean baggie [or another bowl if you would like] [its easier that way]. repeat with the powdered sugar until all of the cereal is coated. when that is done seal the container it is in [weather baggie or bowl (i use a bowl)] and place in a dry place.
once you have all of this done you have a delicius treat for you and your friends that will be an interresting conversation starter because of the look and name of the treat you have just made. it is also very easy and fun to make with children [if you have any] or friends for a fun night in..
hope you enjoy

Salmon cakes
Ingredients:
鈥?1 large can red or pink salmon, drained
鈥?3 eggs
鈥?1/2 cup matzo meal (or bread crumbs)
鈥?3 medium onion, chopped
鈥?2 Tbsp light sour cream
鈥?3 - 4 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
鈥?dash of salt and pepper
Preparation:
Combine and mix the salmon, eggs, matzo meal, 1 chopped onion, sour cream, and salt %26amp; pepper in large bowl. Form small to medium pancakes.
Heat oil in frying pan and place pancakes in pan. Cook uncovered over medium fire until crisp, flipping often. Fry the 2 remaining chopped onions separately in pan then spoon over pancakes.
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle light beer
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups half-and-half
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Melt the butter or margarine in a 4 1/2 quart soup pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce and stir well. Add the beer and raise the heat to high and boil for 3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Add the chicken broth and bring the soup back to a boil. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer.
Combine the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water and stir until smooth. Set aside.
Add the half-and-half and shredded cheese to the soup. Stir constantly until the cheese melts. Then stir in the cornstarch mixture. Stir constantly until the soup is thick, about 2 minutes. Serve garnished with bacon bits.
