Anything by the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association. Both have several recipe books plus free recipes on their websites.

Eating Well and Cooking Light are also great. They are both magazines and also have free recipes on their websites.
I found that Weight Watchers books are really good because they have got such good recipes in them like Chicken Tikka Masala now you wouldnt think you would be able to eat that on a diet now would you. Plus on there website they give you free recipes as well have a look i promise it is worth it.
any of the weight watchers books have great recipees in. I tend to make them as per the books, then add a few extra chilli's or herbs to give them more flavour if they need it the next time I make it. good luck with the diet.
