I have Donna Hay's modern classic 2 and was thinking about getting another baking recipe book. What do you suggest?The best dessert recipe book?
Any of Rachael Ray's books has some good dessert recipes.


As well as, JELLO Classic Recipes.


My personal favorite from JELLO, is 5 Minute Mousse.





Another favorite recipe book is called, ';Cooking with the Dead.'; The author's name escapes me at the moment, but you can find it on amazon.com.

Get The Professional Pastry Chef by Bo Friberg. you'll be glad you did. not only does it have amazing recipes, but it also has technique. It's an amazing book.
