My kid is very picky too. He always want to eat Sweets, McDonald's, Junk Food, and all that crap. He doesn't want to eat real food and real meals, so it gets really hard to make him eat good.
CheersWhat is a good childrens recipe book?
great question............i suggest turkey franks and black bean s.................great proteins...............or rice shells and cheese ,low fat ,low carb .................pizza w/gluten free dough ,turkey pepperoni, and diced tomatoes.......just a few ideas.
1. get your children into cooking with you, they can help prep the food or wash it etc. just as long as they are helping their will be more inclinded to eating it.
2. go to foodnetwork.com they have recipes for children
3. rachael ray also has a kids cooking book out that's a good book for ideas.
i hope this helps good luck

first off try to incorporate them in the cooking/prep process. kids are more likely to eat when they help.
my grammy bought this book for my brother a few years before i was born. it has kid friendly and easy to make recipes. i ended up with it, and now my 3 year old won't put it down. i even bought her her own kitchen. then again i used to read her cookbooks when she was really little, lol.
