I need to translate a french recipe book to english. Any ideas?

The recipe book came with and electric sauce maker which was purchased over seas, it only has french and I am unable to read.I need to translate a french recipe book to english. Any ideas?
First... make sure that the electric sauce maker works with 110 Volts. Most of the recipes might already be translated on the internet (everything is on the internet already)... otherwise, translating a book may be too expensive... and my experience with the translating tools over the internet is not that good, really. The other way to do it, is to go to a french school and maybe you can look for a french student eager to practice.I need to translate a french recipe book to english. Any ideas?
