How do I get a recipe book from Stephenson Apple Farm in KC, Mo now it is closed?

I loved to go to Stephenson's Apple Farm in Kansas City, Mo. The last time I was there they were out of their cookbooks with their favorite recipes. I would love to find one for myself and my daughter. The restaurant closed the week of 2/16/07. I live in Nevada and was there in early October of 2006. call the publishing company or a library
My mother worked there and I thought I still had the cook book but can not fing it and I look hard for you. If I ever find it I well e-mail it to you.
Guess what? It's not closed after all! I was there last summer and enjoyed Bess Truman's Fruit Punch (a little too much!). Their website is below.
