With most Bread makers, you just dump in the ingredients and push the on button. There are many bread machine recipes available online with a simple yahoo search. One result I found was at: www.recipeland.com/recipe/1754

I suggest you go to the company, and I'm sure they would be happy to send you an operation manual.

To contact the company you can visit: http://www.russellhobbs.com/contact/How does my Russel Hobbs breadmaker work.I have no recipe book and need a basic recipe.B?
Go to the russel hobbs webb site and see if you can download. If not email russell hobbs and see if they will email them to you. I have he Russell Hobbs Bread man Pro - good mahcine - Hope you enjoy using it.

I'm sure they will have a website.

Most appliance manufacturers have websites, the recipe book might be online, if not, there will be a contact us section. Do that.

The other thing is many bread flours have recipes ';for breadmakers'; on the pack nowadays.

Also, you could try posting your question again in the right section, this is books and authors. (Although saying that, most people answering in this section could point you the right way.)
Are you living in the UK?

I make my own bread but prefer making rolls, utilising my breadmaker for just making dough.

I've found ';Wrights'; flour to be the simplest and best brand to use, and you simply add water.

Most bread flours, over here anyway, have instructions on making bread, even in a bread machine.

A little pointer in making the dough rise : Cover and put on top of a tumble dryer, or in the oven @60 degrees.
