I have a recipe book for Baking Bread?

But it calls for 1 package or 2 packages for yeast,

But how do I measure them out in tsp or tbspI have a recipe book for Baking Bread?
2 1/4 tsp Rapid Rise Yeast = 1 package Active Dry or 1 Cake fresh yeast.

3-4 Cups is WAY to muchI have a recipe book for Baking Bread?
I bake lots of bread items, and teach this to my middle school students.

1-2 tsps should do it. Bread is forgiving. Don't be afraid to let your tastebuds be a guide. No! Don't taste the yeast. Taste the product each time you make it, and make some notes about it. You'll improve with practice.

here's a blog of mine you might enjoy.
