The book came with my Rival crockpot. The recipe has sausage, potatoes and corn. I can't find the book any more and it is such an easy recipe. My family eats it without anyone complaining and I only have to prep in the morning. Please post the recipe if you have the book.I can't find the recipe book that came with my crockpot and I want the ';easy italian scramble'; recipe.

Is this it? I guess you could substitute the carrots for the corn and omit the sweet potatoes.
Sausage Hot Pot
Ingredients
2 medium potatoes, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 medium sweet potato, sliced
8 -10 sausages, cooked - cut into bite sized pieces
2 tins creamed celery soup
Method
1 Make a layer of potato in the bottom of the crock pot.
2 Then make a layer of carrot and sweet potato.
3 Put in the sausages and pour over the soup. I used about a 录 cup of water to swirl out the last of the soup from the tin.
4 Put in the Crock Pot and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low OR 4 to 5 hours on high.
Notes
You could try other vegies - zucchini, onion etc
You could use any 'Cream of' soup - asparagus, corn etc
