Buy dry yeast in the jar, it keeps longer. You can buy it at any grocery store and there is a special one just for bread machines. I use the dough setting to make hamburger buns and cinnamon buns. Very handy as I have trouble kneading dough by hand for 10 minutes now.What do you make in your breadmaker besides bread (%26amp; the items in the recipe book)?
There is a great cinnamon bun recipe on allrecipes.com. (Look for the one with high reviews)... They taste just like cinnabuns. Don't know about the fresh yeast, I use breadmaker yeast.
