Is the a recipe book for people who cant eat wheat or sugar?

My doctor has told me that I need to stop eating these things to stop my alcohol use, but now I have very little to chose from and am going to starve to death if i cant find some recipesIs the a recipe book for people who cant eat wheat or sugar?
It's hard to believe that wheat products turn to sugars if the calories aren't burned. To avoid this issue, you may want to look into Gluten-Free diets. That will avoid any wheat products. Also, you can substitute sugar with Splenda. If you visit the splenda website (http://www.splenda.com/) you can find some good recipes.

Here's a link to a gluten-free website source. I've tried a lot of these recipes and have enjoyed them. They take a little time to get used to, but not because they taste bad... they're just different.

Good luck with the alcohol, too, by the way. I hope giving it up won't be a problem, but if it is, remember there are MANY places you can go for help. It's not a matter of pride... it's a matter of life.

The best of luck to you!Is the a recipe book for people who cant eat wheat or sugar?

What are you asking? Do you need help stopping alcohol abuse or do you have a wheat and sugar intolerance? Maybe just stop drinking Beer! Plenty of both wheat and sugar in beer...
