I wouldn't buy a book. There are many free recipes on the internet. Another plus with the internet is that you get ratings and reviews by people who have used the recipes and may have made changes that makes the recipes even better. Like the poster above me, my favorite sit is www.allrecipes.com. I have made many crockpot recipes from that site.
Your current recipe book that deals with stews and hot pots will be good enough to start with. Just remember to put it on first thing in the morning so that it will be ready for your evening meal.
An email or letter to the manufacurer will get you the book for your particular cooker.
